Unbelievably only 16% of customers surveyed in 2016 said they would buy more products from their current insurance provider. Yet insurance executives are fast realising that the leading carriers are the ones delivering customer experiences that inspire loyalty and attract new customers frustrated by their experiences with their current providers.
